Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (Logistics & Distribution EMEA) to lead end-to-end distribution, warehousing and logistics across European distribution centres. You will partner with 3PLs, internal functions and regulatory bodies to deliver compliant, cost-efficient operations and strong KPI performance.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep experience in SAP OMS/WM/PP, and a proven track record in medical device supply chains within regulated environments; occasional travel

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated medical device/pharma supply chains (GxP, ISO, FDA).
• Proven track record managing multi-site distribution networks and 3PLs.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional Distribution & Logistics strategies.
• Oversee daily distribution and warehouse activities for efficiency.
• Lead and develop geographically dispersed teams.
• Ensure inventory control and regulatory compliance.
• Manage 3PL/vendor performance and contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
