Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb in Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager, Supplier Compliance & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to strengthen the company’s third-party risk program and ensure supplier integrity across global operations.

Reporting to the TPRM Program Director, you will lead governance, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness while delivering scalable risk management across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, compliance, R&D, commercial, or operations.
• 4+ years in TPRM, procurement, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of ICH/GCP regulatory guidelines as they apply to procurement and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience with TPRM platforms such as ServiceNow, CertaAI, ProcessUnity.

Responsibilities

• Elevate risk governance and strengthen TPRM controls and frameworks.
• Drive operational excellence by streamlining TPRM processes and leveraging automation.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate emerging risks and influence risk decisions.
• Support inspections, audits, and governance reviews to ensure readiness.
• Leverage data insights to improve risk intelligence and reporting.
