Job summary

Lex Consultancy Recruitment is hiring a Senior Manager to own the critical supplier and outsourcing framework within a CBI-regulated financial services environment in Dublin. The role focuses on third-party risk, regulatory compliance and operational resilience with high visibility and stakeholder influence.

You will lead the development of the framework, align with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Procurement, and deliver governance and reporting to the Board.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in outsourcing, third-party risk or related function.
• Hands-on experience managing or enhancing a critical supplier or outsourcing framework in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of the CBI Cross Industry Guidance on Outsourcing.
• Experience overseeing ICT and cloud service providers in a regulated environment.
• Excellent regulatory documentation and Board-level reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the end-to-end critical supplier and outsourcing framework.
• Maintain the Register of Outsourced Functions and CIFs.
• Lead supplier governance from due diligence and onboarding through monitoring and exit.
• Ensure contracts meet regulatory, SLA, audit, sub-outsourcing, data protection and continuity requirements.
• Prepare Board and Committee reporting on outsourcing and supplier risk.
