Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Strategic Programs Lead to drive delivery of strategic IMSC programs across multiple hub sites. You will own governance, playbooks, and deployment of the capability, partnering with Strategy and Portfolio teams to support business cases and approvals.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in supply chain, strong leadership, and demonstrated ability to deliver strategic solutions across end-to-end factors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Program management experience is required.
• People leadership experience, with global teams preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Broad business and financial skills for prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Strategic IMSC Programs and outcomes.
• Maintain governance, scope, playbooks, tools, and deployment.
• Partner with Strategy and Portfolio teams to support business cases and approvals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Define implementation plans to operationalize the strategy.
• Oversee cross-Supply Chain delivery from strategy to execution.
