Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, Logistics Network & Orchestration to lead the capabilities that connect processes, information flows, and partners across the Innovative Medicine Logistics network. You will modernize foundational processes on a SAP S/4HANA platform and drive end-to-end visibility.

You will collaborate with global Supply Chain experts and external partners to design scalable, reusable processes that reduce risk and enable scalable growth, while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience across logistics networks with depth in inventory, event visibility, or integration.
• Experience leading large-scale global transformations in logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into global process standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Global Logistics Network & Orchestration Template and roadmap.
• Ensure processes are integrated into the global template and documented end-to-end.
• Navigate design gaps, shape priorities, and recommend clear trade-offs.
• Drive measurable value by establishing outcomes, monitoring adoption, and guiding corrective actions.
