Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, ERP deployment, operations, or program management.
• Experience delivering enterprise ERP deployments and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.
• Coordinate with global process owners to execute deployment strategies and timelines.
• Drive deployment readiness assessments and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and standardized logistics solutions.
• Manage business readiness, training, cutover activities, and change management.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and IT.
• Monitor KPIs and provide deployment updates to leadership.
