Aptiv seeks a Global SOX and Audit Practice Manager to lead the Sarbanes-Oxley program and drive AI-enabled analytics across Internal Audit. You will partner with internal teams and external auditors to ensure robust controls, testing, and timely delivery, while shaping the vision for digital audit transformation.

The role requires strong PMO, leadership, and data analytics skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and oversee multi-country audit operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in internal/external audit, risk assurance, or data analytics.
• Experience as SOX PMO manager in a multinational.
• Deep understanding of SOX 404, ICFR, and ITGC.
• CPA/ACA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Strong leadership and cross-country collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and ITGCs.
• Plan and review annual SOX lifecycle, testing, and reporting.
• Drive maintenance of risk/control matrices and narratives.
• Present findings to senior management and audit committees.
• Lead adoption of AI and automated testing in internal audit.
• Coordinate with external auditors and CFO on testing.
