Job summary

RSM Ireland is building a new AI, Data and Digital Solutions capability. We are seeking a hands-on Manager to drive practical, scalable solutions across Tax, Audit, Consulting and internal functions, with direct access to Partners and collaboration with RSM UK technology specialists.

The role offers ownership, visibility and progression opportunities as the capability develops, including governance, security, and responsible AI practices within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience delivering data, automation or digital solutions in a business or client-facing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in data analytics, automation and software development in a client-facing context.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience building solutions with Python and data visualization/automation tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Understand business, regulatory and data challenges with Partners; translate into practical solution requirements.
• Design, prototype and build analytics, automation and AI-enabled solutions for client engagements and internal teams.
• Lead AI, data and automation initiatives from scoping to implementation with Partner sponsorship.
• Support demonstrations, proposals, solution scoping and scalable offerings.
• Maintain relationships across Tax and the wider firm to identify opportunities where data/AI can improve delivery.
