Job summary

MarketStar in Dublin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Google Education program across global markets. Based from our Leopardstown office and reporting to the Global Director, you will bridge MarketStar, Google stakeholders, and the program team to translate objectives into execution plans.

You will manage international teams, drive revenue performance, and ensure resources align to exceed program goals while maintaining strong client relationships and operating cadences

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and/or people leaders.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, client services, account management, or business operations within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve complex commercial, pipeline, productivity, and revenue objectives.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with BI tools and CRM experience.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google EDU team operations and strategic execution.
• Develop resource plans, budgets, and compliance while boosting productivity and outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver regular business reviews.
• Coach and mentor team members including Product Advisor, TAM, and Inside Sales.
• Collaborate with global leadership, HR, Finance, Enablement to support opportunities.
• Identify risks and drive change management across time zones.
