Job summary

Assetara Limited, an international AI-fintech company, is seeking a proactive Recruiter to help identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions. You will source candidates, present opportunities, and coordinate first-stage interviews.

You will conduct 2–3 video meetings per day via Zoom or Google Meet, ensure accurate records in our CRM, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara’s products, values, and recruitment standards to represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional candidate experience.
• Proficiency with Zoom/Google Meet and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing through networks, boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Communicate opportunities professionally and answer recruitment questions.
• Maintain up-to-date Assetara knowledge for candidate conversations.
• Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video interviews daily via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Screen candidates for fit and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Keep candidate data and interview notes in CRM with privacy in mind.
