Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Programme Manager within the IDD Delivery team to oversee end-to-end delivery of capital projects and programmes, from inception through construction to handover. You will report to the Portfolio Manager and ensure safe, efficient, on-time delivery, while managing risk, governance, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated portfolio and/or programme management experience across large programmes.
• Proven leadership, proactive staff development and engagement.
• Experience with multi-party arrangements and complex contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects/programmes from inception to handover.
• Embed sustainability and innovation objectives across delivery through supply chain.
• Develop optimized delivery plans and ensure timely capital delivery.
• Produce documentation for governance and investment approvals.
