Qualifications

• '1–3 years' experience in administrative, marketing support, project coordination or similar role.'
• 'Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.'
• 'Comfortable working with data, dashboards and reporting tools.'
• 'Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.'
• 'Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines simultaneously.'

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Global Product Marketing team.
• Coordinate monthly product marketing reporting and dashboards.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and SharePoint resources for accuracy and currency.
• Support product claims, compliance and audit activities with documentation.
• Coordinate artwork workflows and asset management.
• Assist with cross-functional communications and meeting actions.
