Global Product Installation Engineer — Semiconductors

Job summary

KLA is seeking engineers to join our installation team in Europe, securing proper tool installation at customer sites and completing all activities required to ensure a KLA tool functions accurately.

Travel across Europe and beyond will be required as part of project deployments. You will work in multicultural teams to meet commitments, perform tests, validate performance, and train customers on new product deployments.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years semiconductor industry experience is a bonus.
• Competencies in optical, mechanical, electronic, lithography, metrology, and laser tech desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in software and electro-optical systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Install tool at customer site to meet KLA specifications and perform system tests.
• Lead pre-installation meetings and develop action plans for customer needs.
• Manage customer satisfaction through meetings and status updates.
• Provide installation training to worldwide customer support engineers.
• Collaborate in multi-cultural teams to meet project commitments.
