Job summary

Cpl is seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage end-to-end product development for an international consumer products business based in Dublin. You will collaborate with design, sales, sourcing and operations to deliver projects on time and on brief.

We value strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and a commercially minded approach. The role is fully onsite with opportunities to work with brands across Europe and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' project management or product development experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, especially in design or creative environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills.
• High attention to detail across product specs, packaging and compliance.
• Experience using project management software (Airtable or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Work closely with design, sales, purchasing and operations to deliver projects on time.
• Set priorities and manage project timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product sampling, quality approvals, packaging and artwork sign-off.
• Research market trends and customer insights to support product innovation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using project management systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders.
