Job summary

Cpl is seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage end-to-end product development for an international consumer products business based in Dublin. You will collaborate with design, sales, sourcing and operations to deliver projects on time and on brief.

We value strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and a commercially minded approach. The role is fully onsite with opportunities to work with brands across Europe and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' project management or product development experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, especially in design or creative environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills.
• High attention to detail across product specs, packaging and compliance.
• Experience using project management software (Airtable or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Project Lead or Product Development professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life? Our client, a well-established international consumer products business, is looking for a commercially minded Project Lead to manage the end-to-end product development process, working closely with design, sales, sourcing and operations teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with an international presence, delivering innovative products for globally recognised brands and visitor attractions across Europe and the Middle East.

The Role

As the central point of coordination, you'll oversee multiple product development projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines, quality standards and commercial objectives are successfully achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

About You

We're looking for someone who combines excellent project management skills with a collaborative, people-first approach.

You’ll ideally have:
