Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 3-5 years in purchasing, procurement, supply chain
• Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management
• Experience with contract manufacturers and global suppliers
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand & supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and order acknowledgments to production requirements
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders ensuring material availability to manufacturing requirements
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to resolve shortages and mitigate supply risks
• Maintain procurement data including pricing calendars, lead times, supplier information, and cost rollups
• Support inventory management activities by monitoring supply-demand alignment and gaps
• Assist with new product introduction (NPI) activities and material planning
• Track and analyze supplier performance, delivery metrics, and service levels
• Support quarterly cost reduction initiatives through pricing analysis and supplier engagement
• Monitor supplier allocations, capacity constraints and tariff impacts
• Generate reports on material availability and supplier status
• Execute procurement requests to purchase orders in Coupa
