Zusammenfassung

FIS is seeking a Procurement Category Lead to manage end-to-end procurement, including category strategies, sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance across regions. You will develop global/regional category strategies, drive cost reductions, and manage risk with cross-functional executives and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership of a 3–5 person team and collaboration with business customers and legal teams to optimize third-party labor buying decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required; graduate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier performance.
• Proven success leading high-performing teams delivering cost reductions.
• Understanding of contracting concepts and legal terms.
• Strong financial modeling and business case development.
• Excellent negotiation strategies and stakeholder management.
• Experience with third‑party risk management.

Aufgaben

• Analyze key supply markets and establish relationships with leading partners
• Lead and develop procurement team across sourcing, negotiation, contract development and awards
• Partner with business customers to drive third-party labor decisions
• Manage negotiations with third parties and ensure benefits for FIS
• Interface with stakeholders including business leaders, Finance, and Legal
• Identify and mitigate category risks with internal risk teams
• Plan and execute expense category reviews
• Stay aware of external marketplace trends
• Deliver a superior customer experience to internal and external clients
• Act as player-coach, delivering through others or as individual contributor
