Job summary

CSC is seeking a Global Process Design Lead for its Global Financial Solutions unit. The role focuses on designing end-to-end, globally standardised processes, moving away from country-by-country variants, and establishing a Global Process Ownership framework.

The role requires deep process design expertise and a track record of delivering automation opportunities and KPI-driven controls. The position is permanent, full-time, with a hybrid work mode (3 days onsite).

Qualifications

• Standardise fragmented processes into a single global standard.
• End-to-end process design, mapping and re-engineering (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent).
• Identify automation opportunities and develop the benefits case.
• Knowledge of automation/workflow tooling and its practical application.
• Design Global Process Ownership frameworks with standards, KPIs, controls, handoffs and exception routes.
• Process taxonomy design knowledge.
• Domain knowledge of SPV services: accounting & reporting, company secretarial, directorships & payments.
• Transformation mindset with focus on redesign over incremental improvements.
• Strong analytical process expertise to identify duplication, rework and manual workarounds.
• Rigour in setting/maintaining standards and managing local exceptions.
• Systems thinking across interconnected processes and controls.
• Ability to transfer process ownership across jurisdictions while maintaining delivery.
• Focus on simplification and proportionate design.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end target processes, including current state, issues, target state and gaps.
• Remove duplication and consolidate local variants into a single global process.
• Identify automation opportunities and quantify benefits (FTE, cycle time, error rate).
• Determine which processes require a Global Process Owner (accounting/reporting, company secretarial, directorships, payments).
• Define the Global Process Owner role with standards, KPIs, controls and handoffs.
• Design the global-standard vs local-execution split and the exception routes.
• Align the process taxonomy with the GFS taxonomy and Control Frameworks.
• Sequence migration from fragmented to standardised processes on a process-by-process basis.
• Chair the Global Process Owners working group and escalate unresolved scope decisions.
