Job summary

A global leader in fund services is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead UX for products across core business and CX initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, or similar discipline. This role includes creating user experiences through prototypes and high-fidelity designs, advocating for design-centered changes and improvements. The position is based in Dublin, with potential international travel. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
• Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX for products across Citco’s core business and CX initiatives.
• Create research-driven, compelling user experiences and impactful visual design.
• Deliver UX/UI activities through prototypes, wireframes, user flows, service blueprints, and hi-fi designs.
