Keywords Studios, based in London, is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager to lead its Global Privacy & AI Governance team. The role oversees a broad global program across 70+ studios in 25+ countries, managing privacy operations, DPIAs, and AI governance with direct mentoring of Privacy Manager and Senior Privacy Analyst.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, provide strategic privacy guidance, and operate as a DPO where required, with hybrid or remote working options across the UK/EU.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in privacy management.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Proven ability to deliver privacy and AI projects.
• Extensive knowledge of GDPR and global privacy regulations.
• Experience liaising with C-Level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Privacy Operations and report to the Global Head of Privacy & AI Governance.
• Oversee DPIAs, AI Impact Assessments and software intake reviews.
• Manage data subject requests and data incidents including containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT Strategy and Information Security teams for alignment.
• Act as DPO where needed and maintain high standards of data protection.
