Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) for our Dublin office to streamline project delivery and cross-team communication. You will manage GM GBS scheduling, travel arrangements, events, and internal communications, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires strong PMO/coordination background, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. An agile mindset will help you thrive in our dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PMO, Project Management, or Project Coordination roles.
• Strong ownership and execution skills; proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with attention to detail.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage professional scheduling for GM GBS, including agendas, emails, client management, and other company logistics.
• Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to GBS UK Leads.
• Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
• Provide administrative and office support, such as coordinating with facilities team on events, seating.
• Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
• Lead on all major company social events, including venue selection, project management, logistics, and third-party management.
• Lead on client entertainment; manage team-wide entertainment initiatives, client experience and partner management.
• Act as internal expert on internal company systems (e.g. Contracts, approval chain, purchase system) and coach others.
