Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland seeks a senior Director to establish and lead the Global Costing Centre of Excellence within PDS Finance. You will shape costing strategy, standardize processes, and drive data-led decisions globally across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will champion ERP platforms, AI-driven analytics, and automation, partnering with IT, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver accurate cost insights and governance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years in Finance with product costing and manufacturing finance.
• Experience leading global process transformation and cross-location teams.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and AI in finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global costing vision and roadmap.
• Establish governance and standards for costing processes across sites.
• Drive standardization, automation and cost accuracy leveraging ERP and AI.
• Oversee cost and inventory accounting, including ICP and intercompany.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to support decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing COE team.
