Job summary

Bruin is seeking a Performance & Attribution Lead to join its Investment Analytics function. This senior leadership role will head a global Performance Attribution team across Equity, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset strategies, overseeing senior leaders and driving strategic transformation.

You will partner with Portfolio Managers, Investment Directors, Risk, Technology, Product and Client teams to deliver best-in-class attribution insights and investment analytics, while shaping governance and

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Performance Attribution, Performance Measurement, Investment Analytics or similar in asset management or institutional investing.
Demonstrated strong Fixed Income knowledge and prior experience managing senior leaders or multi-location teams in a global setting.
Excellent communication with proven ability to drive large-scale change with senior stakeholders across Investments, Technology, Product and Client functions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of senior managers responsible for Performance Attribution across Equity, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset portfolios.
Oversee production, governance and interpretation of performance and attribution analyses, ensuring robust methodologies and best-practice alignment.
Drive strategic transformation initiatives including system enhancements, automation and process improvements in partnership with Technology and business stakeholders.
