Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Performance Attribution team across Dublin and London. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class attribution analyses and scalable operating models to inform investment decisions.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with portfolio management, risk, product and client teams, driving governance, automation and analytical depth while guiding a dispersed workforce toward high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• University-educated with a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or Computer Science.
• Extensive experience in performance measurement and attribution within an asset management environment.
• Experience leading global or multi-location teams.
• Strong governance, documentation around performance data and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multi-location Attribution teams with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee production and interpretation of performance, relative returns and attribution analysis across portfolios.
• Manage vendor relationships and systems supporting attribution processes.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Risk, Product and Client teams to deliver insights and drive decision-making.
