Job summary

Bruin is seeking a Performance & Attribution Lead to join its Investment Analytics function. This senior leadership role will head a global Performance Attribution team across Equity, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset strategies, overseeing senior leaders and driving strategic transformation.

• Excellent communication with proven ability to drive large-scale change with senior stakeholders across Investments, Technology, Product and Client functions.

• Be an excellent communicator with proven experience delivering large-scale change initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders across Investments, Technology, Product and Client functions.
