Job summary

Investment Management Firm in Dublin seeks an Associate Director to lead the Performance & Attribution team. You will oversee attribution across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset portfolios, driving governance and scalable analytics.

You will partner with PMs, risk, product, clients and technology to deliver actionable insights, while steering change initiatives and automation in investment analytics.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Extensive experience with performance measurement and attribution within asset management, institutional investment, or financial services.
  • Proven experience leading global or cross-region teams in a multi-location, multicultural environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing attribution methodologies, resolving complex performance issues, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experience driving change, transformation, or system enhancements within performance or investment analytics functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and inspire multi-location teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Champion attribution methodologies, scalable operating models and high-quality insights.
  • Ensure governance, controls and documentation around performance data and models.
  • Manage vendor relationships, systems and tooling supporting attribution processes.
  • Partner with portfolio managers, risk, product, client and technology teams to deliver insights.
  • Support product development, pitch materials and client due diligence.
  • Lead change initiatives, enhance process efficiency and drive analytical innovation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and scalability.

Our client a globally renowned Investment company are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director to lead their Performance & Attribution team in Dublin.
