About your new job
- As the Associate Director you will lead, develop and inspire multi-location teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Oversee the production and interpretation of performance and attribution analysis across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset portfolios
- Champion best-in-class attribution methodologies, scalable operating models, and high-quality analytical insights
- Ensure strong governance, controls, and documentation around performance data and attribution models
- Manage vendor relationships, systems and tooling supporting attribution processes
- Partner closely with portfolio managers, risk, product, client and technology teams to deliver investment-relevant insights
- Support product development, pitch materials, and client due diligence
- Lead change initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and drive analytical innovation
- Identify and implement opportunities for improved automation and scalability
What Skills you need:
- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
- Extensive experience with performance measurement and attribution within asset management, institutional investment, or financial services
- Proven experience leading global or cross-region teams in a multi-location, multicultural environment
- Hands-on expertise in managing attribution methodologies, resolving complex performance issues, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
- Strong strategic mindset paired with operational discipline and a high attention to detail
- Experience driving change, transformation, or system enhancements within performance or investment analytics functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
