Job summary

Afiniti, based in Ireland, is seeking a Director of Global Rewards & People Operations to drive operational excellence across HR processes, payroll governance, data quality, and total rewards. This role partners with Finance, Legal, and regional leaders to deliver scalable, compliant operations and a unified rewards framework.

You will lead global compensation cycles, incentive programs, and governance, ensuring competitive, equitable pay across geographies while driving process improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations, Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, in a global environment.
• Experience managing global payroll governance and multi-region People Operations.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; strong analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global People Operations delivery, including payroll, benefits, and core lifecycle processes.
• Standardize processes with defined SLAs, governance, and metrics across regions.
• Lead global compensation cycles, incentive programs, and governance within total rewards.
