Excel Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Specialist to manage UK and ROI payrolls within a hybrid role. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, and stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll delivery and drive process improvements across jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates will hold a payroll qualification (IPASS/CIPP or equivalent) and have proven UK/ROI payroll experience, with strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.

Qualifications

• IPASS/CIPP or equivalent payroll qualification.
• Proven experience processing UK and ROI payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience supporting payroll audits and compliance activities.

Responsabilités

• Manage weekly and monthly payroll processing for UK & ROI employees.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across payroll cycles.
• Maintain and validate payroll data, employee records and system updates.
• Process salaries, overtime, bonuses, statutory payments, and deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations.
• Administer pension contributions and employee benefit schemes.
• Act as a point of contact for payroll and benefits queries.
• Support audits and internal compliance reviews.
