eTeam is seeking an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join the payroll team in Dublin for an 11‑month contract. You will process payroll monthly and ad hoc using Workday, coordinate with external providers, and ensure compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires 3+ years of multinational payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll compliance, and excellent communication skills to support audits and inquiries. Proficiency in Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multinational payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of multinational payroll compliances and their impact on financial and statutory reporting.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage high‑pressure environments.
• High attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in handling sensitive payroll data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, dedicated approach.
• Proven ability to excel in a team‑oriented environment, demonstrating strong customer service and collaboration skills.
• Experience with UKG/IIPay, ServiceNow, and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly and ad-hoc payroll with accuracy using Workday and external providers.
• Collaborate with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members for accurate payroll processing.
• Complete payment processing for employee and statutory payments; handle reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll documentation for each step of the process.
• Support audits, including SOX controls, by preparing necessary payroll documentation.
• Experience with payroll automation and integrations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to payroll inquiries via ServiceNow within SLA timelines.
• Develop knowledge articles to offer ongoing proactive support on payroll subjects.
