Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a payroll and equity operations lead to own global payroll cycles across multiple entities and currencies, while managing equity programs and related taxable events. This remote-first role requires strong collaboration with People, Finance, Legal, and external partners.

You will ensure data integrity, perform reconciliations through to cash and ERP, and strengthen compensation infrastructure as we scale rapidly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering equity plans in an international setting (RSUs, stock options, taxable events).
• Experience managing global payroll operations via Deel or similar platforms across multiple entities and worker types.

Responsibilities

• Own core payroll operations across direct employees, EORs, and contractors globally.
• Conduct payroll-to-cash and payroll-to-ERP reconciliations to support month-end close.
• Administer equity programs in Carta, including grants, vesting, and taxable events.
• Maintain data consistency across HRIS, equity, and ERP systems through reconciliations and exception reviews.
• Support audits with accurate, well-documented operational data.
