Job summary

AXA Partners in Shannon is seeking a Partner Services Premium Associate on a 12-month maternity cover. You will analyse and process partner data to support customer-centric decisions and uphold data quality in an international setting.

You will collaborate with partners across Europe and Latin America, manage monthly workflows to meet SLAs, and provide timely updates to stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in a dynamic operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience with life and non-life products, especially Credit & Lifestyle protection.
• Strong problem-solving with data issues and developed resolutions.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel (intermediate).
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to work in an international environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing and Reconciliation: end-to-end processing of partner data and resolving discrepancies.
• Workflow Management: manage monthly workflows and ensure SLAs are met.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide updates and reporting as needed.
• Issue Resolution: develop solutions for issues, feedback to clients and IT for improvements.
• Quality Control: perform regular quality checks and action feedback.
• Process Documentation: create and maintain process documents.
• Continuous Improvement: contribute to improvements across Operations.
• SME Support: assist in onboarding of new deals.
• IT Collaboration: coordinate with IT process owners for new developments.
• Operational Support: assist overall Operations functions as needed.
