AXA Partners in Shannon, Ireland, is hiring a Partner Services Premium Associate on a 12 month fixed term basis (maternity cover). You will analyze and process partner data, ensuring customer-centric decision making, while collaborating with Europe and Latin America teams.

You will handle data processing, reconcile datasets, manage SLAs, and provide stakeholder updates. The role emphasizes accurate data, continual improvement, and SME support for new deals.

Qualifications

• Strong data processing and reconciliation capabilities.
• Experience with life and non-life products is a plus.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing and Reconciliation: handle end-to-end processing of partner data and resolve discrepancies.
• Workflow Management: manage monthly workflows to meet SLAs and coordinate with local teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: present updates and produce required reports.
• Issue Resolution: formulate resolutions, review data rejections, and provide feedback to clients/IT.
• Quality Control: complete team controls and ensure data quality.
• Process Documentation: create and maintain documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in improvement initiatives with Operations.
• SME Support: support onboarding of new deals.
• IT Collaboration: work with IT process owners on testing and feedback.
• Operational Support: support the overall Operations function.
