Job summary

Match Group is seeking a Global Operations Specialist to support users worldwide during the APAC timezone. You will handle complex customer issues, enforce guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and user experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in a customer-facing role, strong analytical skills, and experience with Zendesk. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with flexible schedules and opportunities for impact across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Help protect the Match Group ecosystem by preventing fraudulent activity and enhancing user experience.
• Investigate and resolve complex escalations related to Trust & Safety and customer support.
• Review bug reports and liaise with Engineering to facilitate fixes.
• Gather and analyze user feedback on new product launches and feature rollouts.
• Navigate high-pressure situations and evolving policies with sound judgment.
• Review and address sensitive content, including harassment and policy violations.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Engineering, Communications, Legal, and outsourced teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
