Job summary

KM Lynskey in Dublin 11 is seeking a Global Mobility Lead to enable international employee movement across Europe, balancing immigration, tax and payroll requirements with business needs. You will lead day-to-day mobility, manage complex assignments and relocations, and drive continuous improvement across the function.

Collaborating with HR, Payroll and business leaders, you will deliver an effective mobility programme, maintain policies, and build strong relationships with external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Mobility or international HR operations.
• Understanding of payroll, taxation and employee benefits interactions.
• End-to-end management of international mobility cases.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
• Knowledge of visas, immigration processes and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mobility services across multiple business units.
• Manage mobility cases including transfers and relocations.
• Oversee immigration processes ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and leaders to deliver mobility programmes.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Produce reporting and insights to support workforce planning.
