Job summary

Aegis FSI, on behalf of an international Asset Manager, seeks a Head of Marketing and Communications in Dublin to lead a cross-border marketing strategy and manage a five-person team.

You will shape brand messaging for captive distributors and non-captive intermediaries, drive digital channels, align with sales, product and investment teams, and support market expansion including Germany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience within a cross-border, retail-focused investment or asset management firm.
• Strong understanding of investment funds and markets; translate complex financial concepts for retail investors.
• Experience in end-to-end marketing management, including multi-channel campaigns (digital and traditional).
• Proven ability to lead, develop reports, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy in line with Group guidelines, leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Drive a consistent brand identity across touchpoints and support market expansion (e.g., Germany).
• Partner with sales, product and investment teams to deliver multi-channel marketing collateral and sales support materials.
• Lead the company’s digital presence (websites, social platforms) and ensure scalable, effective digital platforms.
• Manage marketing budgets, analytics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize performance.
• Oversee PR activities and external agency relationships across multiple markets.
• Plan and execute events including distributor engagements and corporate functions.
• Coordinate internal communications with HR to promote corporate initiatives.
