Job summary

Greg O'Hanlon International Ltd seeks a Crewing Superintendent to manage the operational and administrative crewing for an international fleet of vessels. You will work with vessel management, officers, agencies and shore teams to ensure proper manning in line with schedules and regulations.

The role requires strong crewing experience, knowledge of MLC/STCW/ISM, and managing rotations, documentation, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in maritime crewing matters.
• Strong knowledge of MLC, STCW, ISM and seafarer certification requirements.
• Experience coordinating seafarer documentation, certificates, medicals, visas and joining documents.
• Experience with crew accounts, allotments and crewing budgets is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple vessels and take independent ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational crewing requirements for an allocated fleet of commercial vessels.
• Coordinate crew planning, rotations and crew changes to ensure proper manning.
• Ensure crew documentation, licensing, medicals and joining documents are valid and up to date.
• Maintain crewing records and coordinate with external manning agencies.
• Assist with crewing budget and administrative tasks.
