Job summary

Amazon Development Centre Ireland Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Process Quality to scale up manufacturing and own process quality across a global network. You will drive PFMEAs, control plans, and process flows from startup to end of life, collaborating with ODMs, CMs and component vendors.

This role requires taking full ownership of manufacturing launches, providing hands-on technical support, and traveling internationally to support global operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similar related field or equivalent experience.
• Several Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or on high-tech hardware.
• Several years of product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control processes across CM, ODM, and component vendors.
• Deliver hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations through root cause analysis.
• Support global operations through regular domestic and international travel (25-50%).
