Job summary

Endress+Hauser is seeking a Learning Administrator to join the HR Shared Service Center in Ireland, with an office move planned for November 2026 from Kill to Citywest, Dublin. The role supports master data along with learning administration for learners across many entities.

You will manage the LMS globally, create training content, ensure smooth delivery, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet audit requirements and improve LMS processes.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in HR or relevant discipline.
• Excellent IT Skills with experience in LMS (SuccessFactors) in enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication in English and German (B2–C2).
• 2+ years in a Shared Service Centre setting desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS) Globally.
• Create learning objects: online courses, events, curricula, materials, videos and checklists.
• Ensure content is delivered without interruption and troubleshoot user issues.
