Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Global Leadership and Management Program Lead (Fixed Term Contract) to oversee development and execution of leadership initiatives across the organisation.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify needs, design programs and measure impact, while managing budgets and timelines. The role requires 5–10+ years of related experience, strong analytics, and advanced PowerPoint storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, learning & development, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10+ years experience delivering performance management programmes that positively impact organisational performance and culture.
• Analytical capability with Excel and data visualisation; Gen AI tools experience preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to tell a data-driven business story.
• Ability to build relationships across a global, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of leadership and management development programs tailored to target audiences.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organisational needs and determine leadership competencies required to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs, adjusting content and delivery methods based on feedback and evolving business needs.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Partner across the company to identify target audiences for program participation.
• Develop and maintain metrics to track program success, reporting outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Stay current on trends and best practices in leadership and management development, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment to support ongoing leadership and management development.
