Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; PowerBI experience a plus; Gen AI familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of leadership and management development programs.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and determine required competencies.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness; adjust content and delivery methods.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources for successful initiatives.
• Partner across the company to identify target audiences for participation.
• Develop and maintain metrics to track success and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Stay current on trends in leadership development and bring innovative ideas.
