Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, business administration, or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years delivering performance management programmes with impact.
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI a plus; Workday Talent/Performance modules experience.
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling with data-driven business cases.
• Proven ability to build relationships across a global, matrixed organisation.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
