Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, learning & development, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10+ years experience delivering leadership and management development programs with impact.
• Strong analytical capability with Excel, PowerBI experience a plus; familiar with Workday Talent/Performance modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of leadership and management development programs for target audiences.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to assess needs and define required leadership competencies.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and adjust content and delivery accordingly.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Partner with across the company to identify participant audiences and drive metrics.
