Job summary
Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Associate for Kuala Lumpur to deliver exceptional service in Japanese and English across multiple channels.
The role supports Agoda’s hotel, flights, and activities products, working in a fast-paced, data-driven team. You will meet personal and team KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualified candidates will be comfortable with shift rotations and weekends, carry a high level of integrity, and be eager to grow within
Qualifications
- Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English (Japanese JLPT N1 level; English at business level).
- Ability to stay calm, accurate, and professional under pressure.
- Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight) to provide 24/7 service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to guests and partners via phone, email, and live chat.
- Support Agoda products (Hotel, Flights, Activities) after training.
- Handle a high volume of inquiries while meeting individual and team KPIs.
- Contribute to improving self-service and business processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information.
