Job summary

Limitless Technology, in partnership with Netflix, is seeking Japanese-speaking freelance customer service representatives to support Netflix customers in Japan. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for candidates who are confident speaking with customers and comfortable using online systems.

You will handle voice support for accounts, services, and technical queries, follow Netflix processes and quality standards, and work independently from home while staying connected with the wider

Qualifications

• Fluent or near-native Japanese language ability.
• Strong spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting customers by phone.
• Confident using online systems and digital tools.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow defined processes.
• Customer service experience is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Japanese by voice.
