Job summary

• Student currently studying BIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• Good understanding of AI apps, Excel and Microsoft Applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to organize work.
• Effective communication within team and with remote colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Application support/development and infrastructure tasks.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain IT equipment and inventory databases.
• Support reporting and analytics for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Assist IT projects across Cork campus.
• Collaborate with local and remote IT teams.
