Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring an Engineering Intern in Cork, Ireland, for a 6-9 month program designed for high-potential undergraduates. The role supports the Global Engineering Team on Capital Projects, helping with business cases, Capex documents, and problem-solving across sites.

Mentoring and international collaboration are key, with exposure to operations, suppliers, and end-users. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you build knowledge in project delivery, change management, and technical standards

Qualifications

Pursuing engineering degree in a relevant field.
Willingness to learn and actively contribute in a global team.
Excellent IT skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to communicate clearly in an international organization.

Responsibilities

Lead/Support end-to-end execution of Capital Engineering Projects including business case development and stakeholder communications.
Support KPI achievement through the productivity program.
Understand and help develop engineering and procurement standards.
Build supplier relationships and manage change in projects.
Present to PGCS senior management for Capex Approvals & Project Updates.
Learn to implement sustainable engineering practices.
