Job summary

PepsiCo Cork IT is seeking an IT Intern to gain hands-on experience across global IT teams, with exposure to Office 365, Copilot, ServiceNow, SAP and Power BI. The role involves supporting application and infrastructure tasks, cybersecurity, and end‑user services.

You'll assist with troubleshooting IT issues, maintain equipment and inventory databases, and support reporting for weekly and monthly reviews while collaborating with remote teams and IT Global PepsiCo colleagues.

Qualifications

• Student currently studying BIS, CS, SWE, data analytics or related field.
• Good understanding of AI apps, Excel and other Microsoft Applications.
• Attention to detail and effective team communication.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and bring ideas.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain IT equipment and PepsiCo employee inventory databases.
• Support IT Teams with reporting and analysis for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Support IT projects rolled out across the Cork Campus.
• Attend and participate in IT Team meetings.
• Collaborate with local and remote teams.
• Support PepsiCo’s TY work experience program.
