Job summary

PepsiCo Cork IT is seeking an IT Intern to gain hands-on experience across global IT teams, with exposure to Office 365, Copilot, ServiceNow, SAP and Power BI. The role involves supporting application and infrastructure tasks, cybersecurity, and end‑user services.

You'll assist with troubleshooting IT issues, maintain equipment and inventory databases, and support reporting for weekly and monthly reviews while collaborating with remote teams and IT Global PepsiCo colleagues.

Qualifications

• Student currently studying BIS, CS, SWE, data analytics or related field.
• Good understanding of AI apps, Excel and other Microsoft Applications.
• Attention to detail and effective team communication.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and bring ideas.

Overview

IT Intern role. The position provides first‑hand practical experience in supporting all aspects of PepsiCo’s exciting business, working across global IT teams, with exposure to best‑in‑class technology, applications and systems.

Responsibilities

Intern roles include: - Application support/development, Infrastructure and Network support, Cybersecurity, End user services and support.

• Participate in troubleshooting IT issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain IT equipment and PepsiCo employee inventory databases
• Support IT Teams with reporting and analysis for Weekly/ Monthly reviews.
• Support IT projects being rollout across the PepsiCo Cork Campus.
• Attend and participate in IT Team meetings.

IT Applications/Systems supported by PepsiCo Cork IT include but aren’t limited to: Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Copilot, ServiceNow, SAP Software Solutions, Power BI.

The positions will also involve collaborating with IT Global PepsiCo Teams located across several countries.

Qualifications
