Job summary

Meta’s IP Operations team is seeking a Program Manager to drive investments and mature the IP program across copyright, trademark, and counterfeit controls. You will lead cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy to enhance operational health and tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, strategy, or operations experience.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with engineering teams to improve systems and tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to manage risk, set clear priorities, and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mature the IP program by linking to broader priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute investments and improvements.
• Build and improve IP reporting, risk mitigation, and health of processes.
• Lead goal setting with measurable progress and upstream product solutions.
• Develop, lead, and influence solutions to optimize operations and tooling.
• Negotiate trade-offs and communicate decisions to the team.
• Align readiness needs when launching IP changes with stakeholders.
• Drive concise program communications to leadership and partners.
