Job summary

Meta's Modern Finance Program Manager will execute strategic finance projects on the 2030 roadmap, coordinating across a designated cluster and partnering with engineering and operations. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and drive change management to achieve program objectives.

With 10+ years in project management, you will influence stakeholders globally, shape processes, and use emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reporting across finance functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management and leading complex programs.
• Proven ability to independently drive execution of ambiguous projects.
• Ability to align structure, governance and outputs to project needs.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder relationship building across functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic Finance projects and programs on the 2030 roadmap end-to-end.
• Lead change management and ensure high-quality delivery of objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering and operations.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation to meet timelines and budgets.
• Define and maintain project documentation for transparency and alignment.
